    The Guaranty Fund of Development Scientific-Technical Production (Fund GAPR) was registered on 14th October, 1999. Legally the Fund GAPR is a non-state not-for-profit company.

    The Fund GAPR mission:

    • Financial support for innovative companies.

    Goals of the Fund GAPR:

    • Development of entrepreneurship by attracting financial resources from non-budget organizations like banks, private investors, innovative, investment and venture funds, other sources including foreign ones.
    • Development of the infrastructure of the organizational and financial interaction between budget and non-budget organizations concerning innovative programs pointed at support of small and middle businesses in scientific-technical and other activities.
